Living in an ultra-clean environment is not good to your health. It is observed by medical professionals that persons who are exposed to deadly bacteria early in life are protected in their later years. It is interesting to note that people who are not exposed to dirt because they were living in an ultra clean environment are vulnerable to diseases in their adult life. It is been advised that in order to achieve stronger immunity against infections later in life a dose of dirt and exposure to bacteria early in life is beneficial. Extreme repugnance to dirt is not beneficial to long term health.

A recent study conducted by Tufts University in Boston, suspects that colas in softdrinks are loaded with phosphoric acid which will cause disturbance in the formation of bones. In a survey of 2500 volunteers who are regular drinkers of cola drinks, such as Coke, Pepsi, Arc, or any softdrinks brand that contains cola, showed that persons who consumed three servings of cola drinks a day lead to more than 5% of reduced bone mineral density as compared to those who consumed less softdrinks or not drinking softdrinks at all.

Scientifically speaking, we grow old and die because our body has consumed its telomeres.
Researchers observed, that in most types of cells, the telomeres became shorter after each successive division. Thus, after 50 or so divisions, the cell’s telomeres were whittled down to tiny nubs, and the cell stopped dividing and eventually died. The observation that cells appear to be limited to a finite number of divisions before they die was first reported in the 1960’s by Dr. Leonard Hayflick. Hence, the phenomenon is now referred to by many scientists as the Hayflick limit.
Going deeper though, why we die, there is something more important for us to know why do we grow old and die.
Imagine your life, if you could live, two hundred years, five hundred years, or more; An endless life is preferred is it not?
If you contemplate your desire to live endlessly, and the natural tendency of us not to accept death, did you not wonder why we think this way? If fact, on our part (the editor) already know the real reasons why we grow old and die.
It is very interesting to gain understanding on this matter. If you want detailed information regarding this discovery feel free to post your comment.
t is also of great interest to note that we humans have the deep inner sense of who we are. On the other hand, no animal species has the capacity to meditate the lot in life.
Live longer. Enjoy life while you are yet strong. The attainment of good health lies in knowing more about health. But the attainment of life without end is something more precious than the riches of the whole planet. Let your quest for the the attainment of the real life be granted.
All is well.
