How to Keep You Relax and to Avoid Stress

Influential and popular people always have a less time to laugh, breathe and always on a rush to toilet when call of nature calls for it. As a result, hypertension, cancer and heart disease will likely be the results of this no-work-no-play living habits.

Here are some tips to keep your mind well and healthy.

  1. Drink less than three cups of coffee a day and nothing after 8:00 pm onwards.
  2. Strictly comprehend to eight-hour rule everyday. Working more than eight hours is an injustice to your body’s well being.
  3. Relax by listening to music or watch your favorite television shows. Try to have a quality time to your kids playing with them or doing relaxing activities with them.

  5. Have a clean desk always in your office. A cluttered work environment will tend to keep your mind unorganized.
  6. Drinking a glass of water every hour is a must.
  7. Find time to visit spa or healing center, this will help you rejuvenate and regain strength after a hard day work.
