Tea with Spearmint for Abnormal Hair Growth
Spearmint may aid help women that are bothered by abnormal hair growth. Researchers from Turkey treated 21 women with tea made from spearmint leaves, twice a day for five days during the follicular phase of menstrual cycle.
Around 5% of women during their reproductive-age grow hair on areas like the face, chest or ears, an outcome of increased sensitivity to or production of, androgen hormones, including testosterone. The women tea drinkers had a reduced testosterone.
Oral contraceptives or spironolactone, a drug that have undesirable side effects is often used as a treatment of excess hair.
According to the authors, spearmint tea can be used as an alternative method for mild cases.

Hey guys, i really know how it is to suffer from a problem like this. I have been struggling from it like a few months with the normal ups and downs so i truly know its not fun when you have a problem like this.
