    The caffeine will stay in the coffee, unless you perform an organic extraction or you boil all the water out of the coffee and then you would have a caffeine powder and other residues. There are other ways to get rid of caffiene, but it won’t just disappear.

    I know it will not stunt your growth, there is no evidence that it does. Coffee is actually good for your health. You likely won’t be getting a headache, unless there is something in the coffee which gives you it. Usually there are other factors for the headaches.
